The Bundle API is a unified booking orchestration layer that lets you confirm, manage, and cancel reservations across multiple HBX Group products — Hotels, Activities, and Transfers — through a single, consistent set of endpoints.
Instead of integrating each product's booking lifecycle independently, you combine their rate keys in one Pre-Confirmation call and manage the resulting booking (whether it contains one service or three) with a shared set of operations: confirmation, retrieval, modification, voucher, partial cancellation, and full cancellation. Payment, 3-D Secure authentication, and cancellation policies are handled in one place.
Key capabilities
- Unified booking lifecycle — manage a reservation containing any combination of hotel, activity, and transfer services from the same endpoints.
- Combined payment — collect a single payment for the whole booking at Pre-Confirmation, with 3-D Secure support built in.
- Partial cancellation — cancel one service of a multi-service booking without affecting the others.
- Full booking visibility — retrieve the current state of any booking, list bookings in a paginated response, and obtain vouchers for all included services.
- Modification support — update an existing booking's data without going through a new booking flow.

What the Bundle API does not do
- Availability searches — not provided. Rate keys must be obtained from the product-specific Booking APIs (Hotels, Activities, Transfers).
- Catalog content — not provided. Static reference data (hotel descriptions, images, pickup points, activity modalities, destinations, etc.) is served by the product-specific Content APIs.
Integration pattern
1.Call the relevant Booking APIs (Hotels, Activities, Transfers) to obtain the rateKey of each service you want to include.
2.Submit the collected rate keys to the Multiproduct Pre-Confirmation endpoint.
3.Complete the booking lifecycle through the shared Multiproduct endpoints: Confirmation, Booking Detail, Booking List, Modification, Voucher, Partial Cancel, and Cancel.

Partners selling multi-product travel packages — bundled hotel stays with transfers and activities, airport-and-tour combos, or any mix of HBX Group inventory — benefit from a single integration surface instead of maintaining a separate booking stack per product. The Bundle API centralises payment, 3-D Secure authentication, booking management, and cancellation handling into one consistent interface.
